Pick-Up: Pick-up at the store
Alternatively, you can pick up your order directly in our shop! The day after your payment is received, your order is ready for you. Please note that if you pay by bank transfer, your order will only be available the day after we receive the transfer – usually 2-3 business days after you have made the transfer.

We receive dozens of shipments a week in perfectly fine cardboard boxes. Instead of simply disposing this packaging material, as many other companies do, we have decided to reuse the packaging and send our online orders in them. This does not look very fancy, but it helps to save a lot of packaging waste and resources! If we run out of recycled cardboard sometimes, you will receive your order in an environmentally friendly package of paper and compostable fillers.
If you decide otherwise, you have 14 days after receiving your order to return items to us. Please read the cancellation policy for details about the return.
Excluded from the return are products whose packaging has been opened and used products.
