Raw cocoa is very rich in magnesium and a real mood booster and heart opener. The robust maca root provides grounding and quiet energy. Both the rare and highly active Reishi spores and the Astragalus root are among the most important adaptogens and can prepare you for the cold season.
Maca has a special relationship to raw cocoa – not only because they blend in perfect taste, but also because they complement each other in their effect. A maca and cocoa drink is a fantastic substitute for coffee because it immediately provides energy and keeps it up for several hours. *
Stir 1 tbsp Macao Winter with a whisk or blender into lukewarm water, oatmilk or almond milk, refine with 1 teaspoon coconut oil or coconut oil and sweeten to taste. Please do not use animal milk or white sugar. Also tastes like cold drink!
